The programmable feature stores two programs which are easily identified by a GREEN or BLUE light. Although several different programs are available, each unit is pre-programmed and delivered with two programs that have proven to be consistently effective. The standard program modes identified by a BLUE or GREEN light and are as follows:

Use of the BLUE setting, will automatically administer four laser treatments to the patient over a two hour period. The 20 minutes between treatments is just as important as the therapy time, allowing time for the body’s own lymph system to activate and cleanse the area. For the first three days, we recommend wearing the LASERwrap® every 4-6 hours three times a day to accelerate the healing process and relieve stress by stimulating healthy blood flow, soft tissues and reducing muscle and joint pains. For a less interval time, the option is available to apply the wrap with the GREEN mode. The GREEN setting provides 10 minute treatments with a 10 minute interval time with a higher intensity laser treatment. The BLUE mode is most recommended for overnight, but either program works well for day time or overnight treatments. For the athletes, wearing the wrap for three to four – 12 minute treatments for the two hours before an event will energize the system. Application of the wraps after an event will help to eliminate the lactic acid and reduce muscle soreness. For injuries, three consecutive days of BLUE treatments has proven to accelerate the healing process, which involves the wrap being applied for two hours twice a day, typically in the morning and at night. Depending on the severity of the injury or condition, at least one two hour cycle, which is four treatments daily, is then recommended for a period of time. The quicker the therapy is used after a traumatic injury or surgery, the less time for edema to build and the quicker healing and recovery will occur. For chronic conditions, use of the device on a regular basis in either mode is recommended.
Depending on the condition being treated with LASERwrap® you can feel improvement in as little as 2 or 3 treatments on the first day. A reduction in pain is typically the first improvement you will notice. For some acute conditions, a few days of treatments may be sufficient. Chronic conditions may require more days and conditions such as arthritis may require ongoing use to manage and control the pain. Everyone responds to laser therapy differently so results vary.
Depending on the condition, acute or chronic, the results may be long lasting and permanent. Laser therapy by Wearable LASERwrap® is promoting healing and not covering up the problem or condition.
